We are experienced and certified in floor concreting works using the best tools, equipment’s and technology in concrete floor making that will ensure your project specification and satisfied your project requirements. NIPPON TECH BUILDERS was the brainchild of a young and well- determined man Mr. Ramon Fernando Jr. After 7 years of experience in Japan concrete construction particularly the Japanese culture, he immediately trains his crew and personnel to adapt and develop the Japanese Culture in his company including the Japanese Technology in concrete making. With his passion in concrete, he continuously upgrades his knowledge in American technology in concrete flatwork system. Last 2011, he took his certification program in Flatwork Concrete Technician in Las Vegas, to learn the standard and procedures in concrete system under the American Concrete Institute (ACI) to assured his valued client, meets the project specification and achieve the QUALITY result based on the bible of concreting which is the American Concrete Institute (ACI).
